Shipping policy

Processing: orders are processed within 2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
Delivery: once shipped, US orders usually arrive within 4–15 days.
Cost: free shipping on US orders over $50. Orders under $50 have a flat $3.99 shipping fee.
Tracking: we'll email you a tracking link when your order ships.
Multiple packages: items may ship from different warehouses, so your order can arrive in separate packages.
Delays: carriers, weather and holidays can occasionally cause delays outside our control. If your order is taking longer than expected, email us and we'll look into it.
Address changes: please double-check your address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us right away. Once an order has shipped, we can't change the address.
